Don't count on Windows to update your graphics drivers. Go to the nVidia site and download the latest firmware for your Quadro T2000. If that doesn't work, tell us the specs of your video and what camcorder it comes from.

When you add the clips to the timeline is there a yellow or orange line above the clips along the top of the timeline? If you look under the Edit menu, what is listed on the General page under Project Settings?

This usually indicates an outdated driver or firmware for your graphics card. Don't trust Windows Update to keep things up to date. Go to the nVidia, AMD or Intel site and download the latest for your GPU.

Try loading a 3840x2160 30p video into a new project and see if you get better results. As I've said, the program is notoriously problematic with 4K 60p.

Premiere Elements 2023 isn't able to edit 4K 60 fps natively. You'll need to shoot your 4K footage at 30p in order to edit it in Premiere Elements. Try converting your existing footage to 4K at 30p using the great program Handbrake, then start a new project and see how the video loads. It should work perfectly.

This is not easily doable in Premiere Elements. An advanced program like After Effects may be able to do it, but removing objects from video is not nearly as simple as removing things from photos with Photoshop Elements.

Yes, you can upload directly to YouTube from Premiere Elements 2025. That feature has not been removed. Are you receiving an error message at exactly the same place each time? If so look at that spot on your timeline for the problem. A blank spot on the timeline can cause an output to MP4 to file, for instance.

4992x3744 is not among the resolutions Premiere Elements can work in. 4K video in Premiere Elements is 3840x2160 at 30p only.
