It likely is something in the update. Try each of these things: 1) Update your GPU driver manually from the nVidia, Intel or AMD site. Windows may not have given you the newest. Reboot. 2) If that doesn't work, go Premiere Elements' Window menu and select Restore Workspace. 3) If that doesn't work, I hesitate to suggest a reinstall of the program, since your version is too old to be installed again. I'd just try the first two suggestions and restart your computer. It may come back again.
