Go to the nVidia, AMD or Intel site and download the latest drivers for your graphics card. Don't trust Windows Update to do it. This often resolves this issue.

I wouldn't post my contact information, Bill. Spambots cruise these forums looking for phone numbers and emial addresses to bombard. I'm not sure what's up at your end. But the first thing you want to do is go to the AMD or nVidia site and download the latest drivers for your graphics card. That fixes things more often than you'd expect. If that doesn't work, trying uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

Since it was working, it could just be a temporary thing. Or it could be that YouTube has again changed its handshake protocol and Premiere Elements can't link up. In any event, until it's fixed you can always output an MP4 of your movie and use your web browser to upload it to YouTube. I know it adds a few more clicks to the process, but at least you can still post your movies.
