As your screenshot shows, you are working in Quick View, which has a number of limitations, particularly when it has to do with titles. If you switch to Advanced View, you'll find extra video tracks for adding your titles and text to.

Premiere Elements includes a Pan & Zoom tool. But the best way to create motion paths across photos is to use motion keyframing, as a show you in this tutorial.

Premiere Elements is not the best program to use for editing screen capture. In fact, it's one of the worst. I'd recommend CyberLink PowerDirector Ultimate. Not only does it edit screen capture but it includes screen capture software right with the program.

I'm not sure what you're saying. Are you saying you're capturing video at 1920x1080 or in 4K? Also, what is the resolution of the video in your camcorder? I've never heard of video at 4K that needs to digitized through a capture device.

Premiere Elements can edit 4K, but only at 3840x2160 30p. Your video capture is a very non-standard resolution. I'm not sure what would make it more editable -- or even any editor that work with that resolution and frame rate.

Open one of your problematic videos in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the report this program generates and paste it to this forum. Also, where did you get a copy of version 2024? Adobe is very strict about making sure that only the current version of the program is available for purchase. The current version is 2025.

That is correct. And I share your frustration in Adobe's decision to remove the Tracking tool. But this tool is as close as it gets right now.

The Effect on Selection tool applies an effect to a selected object and then tracks that object around your video frame, sort of like the Tracking tool. My tutorial is for an older version of the program, but the same tools are in version 2025.
