i want to create a highlight reel but after click on create button, the
"detecting scenes with group of people and detecting scenes with interesting light and...." always show with out end.
What should i do?

35 second. i use my laptop camera to do this.

It could be an issue with the file format or codec your laptop is saving the video file as.
Open your MP4 in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the complete text of this report and post it to this forum. Once we see this detailed report we'll better be able to advise you.

The issue is that the video is not standard 1920x1080 resolution. It's 1712x914, which the program isn't able to auto analyze.
I'm not sure how to make it doable.
If you're using a Windows computer, you can try inputting the file into the free Microsoft Clipmate. the 1080p video you output from Clipmate should work in Premiere Elements.

I'm not sure what that would be. Sorry. It should work with a 1920x1080 MP4 from Clipchamp.

You can drop the clip into Elements 1920x1080 timeline
You can scale the clip up to fit the frame or leave the black bars.
Export as H.264 1920x1080.
Import this file and try again.
