Main image is the same color as the background - added the video so you can see what I mean

I made the mistake of wearing a shirt that is the same color as the background so it looks like my head and hands are floating in space. Is there anyway to fix that. Note: I am definitely a beginner when it comes to video or anything visual. Here's the link to the song https://youtu.be/L4isZFbK7G4
