Making DVD on premiere elements 2023?

I purchased premiere element 23 thinking that it would allow me to make DVD of my project , but it dosen't appear to be possible? Anyone know of a way to do that on this program.

Premiere Pro and Elements do not have that feature

In 2023 there is no option to create a dvd folder anymore, nor is ImgBurn of any use.

If it were not that the feature is broken one could export to a m2v and wave file and use that in a third party dvd authoring software.
