I Own an Adobe premier Elements 2023, and for some reason MP4 files are not loading, i have installed the HEVC App from MS and follow the instruction by Adobe. and still not working, any ideas..?

There is a lot of variety inside MP4 video files. Can you post the source of the files? And, can you use the (free) program MediaInfo and paste the contents of the "Tree" view? It will show the details of what your MP4 is made of.

Same problem here. MP4 files that import and play in Premier 2020 will not open in drop 5 & 6. Here is one of the files that does not work. I do not know what any of this means.
