Hi, I´ve bought a Geforce GTX 1650, which should be supported by Premiere Elements, but my Premiere Elements 2020 does not recognize the card. I have updated the drivers, reinstalled Premerie Elements, but the graphics card is still not recognized or deteched.

Can you please advise?

As I said... it DOES say that GPU Acceleration is new for version 2021

The second item here, under the picture, says that GPU acceleration is new in version 2021

Thank you for your reply.

This page: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/using/gpu-acceleration.html

In my opinion, this page should have distinguished between PRE2020 and PRE2021.

That would be Elements 2021 (if its on the list of supported cards which its not). 2020 does not support dedicated graphic cards.

Thank you for your reply.

However, the graphics card is on the list of supported cards on this pages:

https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/using/gpu-acceleration.html

The above page applies to Premiere Elements and does not destinguish between PRE2020 and PRE2021.

PRE2020 does support at least some dedicated graphic cards:

The intel gpus are not dedicated cards but part of the CPU.

The Nvidia cards are 2021 only.

Besides your card is not on the list.

1650 is not the same as 1650 super.
