Premiere Elements 14 - Retrieving Serial Number from an Old Drive

I have a backup of a old drive of mine from 2016 with an install of Adobe Premiere Elements 14 & I'd like to see if there's a way to retrive the serial number from the drive it's installed to. I had a boxed copy of the software from the same time, but I can't find it at the moment. Looking through old emails & booting up Premiere Elements 14 when booting from the drive, it was linked up to a old Adobe account that I believe was been deleted due to not logging into it for a while (which I never got any notice about). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As people suggested, I installed a piece of software called "Belarc Advistor" onto the drive, and luckily enough, I was able to get the product key for Elements 14 & was able to use it on my main system!

That indicates that the activation server for that version is still active

I'm curious... what is the file date of the installed EXE file?

John and Bob,

Even if the user retrieves the serial number, will the 10 year old version fully install?  My memory is that transitions,  music files and other componets need to be installed as needed from Adobe servers.   Are those servers still providing those needed parts?

That's a good question, Bill Sprague.

Do you have the installation files?   Without them, the serial number won't do much.   Other than the box itself, I don't know how your could retrieve it from a backup drive.   Even with both, trying to install an application that is 10 years old will likely lead to frustration.  Too many things, including operating and graphics systems have changed.   If it were me, I would move on to something current.

Lost information https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/trying-to-re-install-adobe-2020-need-product-key/m-p/13148906

If that doesn't help do a search for a serial number recovery program... I don't have a link saved (I have a text file with all purchased serial numbers that I copied to a couple flash drives to be sure I don't lose the information) but I *think* I remember a 'Belarc' program being mentioned in the past
