Rubbish: PrE15 is compatible with W10.

See Adobe Premiere Elements system requirements

Adobe support said Premier Elements 15 is to old.  It's not compatible with Windows 10

I don't know what a file context menu is.

A context menu is a menu that pops up when you right-click on a file in an Explorer window.  My picture shows an Explorer window with thumbnails of video files.  Your Explorer window may just show the file name of your video files.  Your context menu may contain other items than the ones shown in my picture.  If you don't see MediaInfo as a choice in your context menu, then simply open the MediaInfo program and use the File>Open>File menu command and browse to one of your video files.

I have restarted the computer.  I went to the video and right clicked on it and I don't see anything that resembles that picture

I found it under downloads and installed it.

If you have rebooted your computer after installing MediaInfo, it should be available in a file context menu.  So, if you navigate to one of your video files in Windows File Explorer, and right-clck on it, you should see a menu choice like the following:

Once the MediaInfo window opens, click on the View menu and choose Text.  You can then copy and paste the contents of that view into a post here.  The MediaInfo window should look something like this:

yes I already done that

Yes I did that.  On a previous message someone posted that its not a website its a program.  I am not following what I need to do.

When I went to it it is a website I am soooo frustrated!!!  One person says one thing then someone else says something different.

There is a picture below and about the middle of the picture has some words that are written.  I am not understanding why this would be on this site?  If you can't read what it says i can get a better picture.  This makes me wonder if this site is sketchy.

I don't understand what you're asking, Hazel.

MediaInfo is a program, not a web site. You said you've downloaded it.

Open the MediaInfo program. In  the program, go to the File menu and select Open/File then open your video clip and follow the instructions I posted above to copy the report to this forum.

Click on the web page that comes up when you click on the link I posted earlier as shown here:

Then go to the place on your computer where you downloaded it and open it.

On the web page or whatever it is.  It says download mediainfo.  Mediainfo is in a blue block.  I don't know.

You don't have to set up an account.

That blue block is merely a download link. Click it to download the software then install it.

Have you done that?
