テロップをコピペした時に色味や大きさが変わる

After copying and pasting the subtitles, select all of them in the Timeline.

Go to the Properties panel, then change the font, size, or color. The changes will be applied to all selected subtitles at once.

For more control and consistency, consider creating a Text Style. This lets you reuse the same font, size, and color without needing to adjust each subtitle manually.
