添付のようにイラストを水平方向反転させると、boxのイラストの位置がおかしくなります。
本来は青いBOXはイラストの中心にあるはずですが、反転するとこういう現象になってしまいます。

基本的にはイラストに対して「水平方向反転」のエフェクト入れただけなのですが、解消方法知りたいです。

    Did you apply the flip using the Properties panel? If so, that flips the entire frame of the sequence, not the individual image.

    To keep the blue box centered on the image, add the image to the Timeline panel. Then apply the Horizontal Flip effect to the image clip.

    If you did not apply the flip using the Properties panel, could you share a screenshot of your Effect Controls panel and Timeline panel?
