It seems like you’ve created a "static" transcript, which unfortunately doesn’t support text-based editing features.

To enable text-based editing, follow these steps:

1. Open the Text Panel.
2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the panel.
3. Select Generate Text-Based Editing Transcript from the dropdown menu.
   
   

This will generate a transcript specifically for text-based editing, allowing you to make edits directly from the text panel.
