사전설정 저장소가 없어서 효과를 저장할 수 없습니다 어떻게 해야 하나요

That’s not ideal. What version of Premiere Pro are you using? Can you try creating a new preset bin (click the hamberger menu of the Effects panel and select New Preset Bin)?
