0 bytes file when match sequence settings

The result is a 0 bytes video when I select "Match Sequence Settings" on Premiere Pro 2019. I want to match the settings because I don't want loss of quality, I have tried with other settings and file is perfectly created but with loss of quality.

That check box doesn't do what you think it does.  I always advice against it's use.

Know what you're doing, then set the export settings manually.
