1:1 Import of 1920 x 820 Video / Videos

Hello.
I am using Adobe PP 13.0 and having a problem while importing videos to sequence. 
As you could see from the sequence settings of the video, it is 1920 820; however, when i added it to sequence: 

It becomes a square and supresses video in it.


I tried scaling or setting to frame size, but it didn't work. I also tried creating a new sequence settings, but when i copied the video to new settings, it is also 1:1 and requires rescaling. When I rescaled, it changes the video but the quality is still 1:1
Could you please help me?
