1080 exports coming out as Letterbox

Hi There,

I'm experiencing an issue with my export of a 1920:1080 video. When I export it becomes letterboxed, cropping at least 2/4 of the screen and stretching it wide. 

Attatched is a screenshot of the export appearence and the other is my output settings. 

When i open the video file with windows legacy player, it's in the correct size, but if i transfer that video to youtube or google drive, it crops it again and even further only showing 1/4 of the screen.

If someone could please give me some guidance i'd appreciate it
