120fps to 24fps

Hi Daniil, here you have an easy solution:

In Project panel, right click in video, choose Modify / Interpret Footage...

Then, in "Assume this frame rate:" box, put 120 fps like the screenshot, then Ok, and that's all.

Shoot footage at normal speed for normal speed playback.

Shoot footage at higher frame rates for slow motion playback.

You need to make this decision when you shoot, not when you edit.

Do you mean the 120fps frame rate creates a 29.97 file in camera. or do you mean that when you import the file into Premiere, the frame rate is being converted to 29.97?

I would like to use in the normal speed (24fps) and not in slow motion, so I click on clip->speed/duration and change the speed to 500%. Playing back the footage it's shocky and quite fast.

My suggestion would be to create a new, empty timeline and drop the 120fps clip on to it, matching the sequence settings to the clip.

In that timeline, make your speed adjustments (you might try making sure the interpolation in set to Optical Flow) and see if you get the results you expect.
