14.0.3 Problems with LUTs, proxies

Question

While the previous version was slow to read the LUTs on my proxies, this version will not show them at all for some footage (and all footage is exact same format).

Also, when exporting via Media Encoder, it completely drops the LUTs on the proxies and exports the raw log image (even though the premiere sequence shows the LUTs).

Are your LUTs stored in the proper places ... as shown in the list below? And ... they don't for some reason include the Technical and Creative folders at the ends of the tree the Adobe video apps build, you have to create those folders, then add your LUTs to them ...
