14.3 not support 14.2 projects???

i can't open my work project on 14.3 version
it not support 14.2??
         "the project could not be loaded it may be damaged or contain outdated elements"

i have to start over on the new version??
if that right it not cool at all 😞

      I already try and it still got a same massage.

      if i rollback to 14.2 version and open project it work fine too so i think my 14.2 projects is fine not damaged.
