2 different audio outputs for a voice over recording?

Hello 

I need your help... I'm doing voice over recordings with a few people on Premiere Pro and we would like to have 2 different audio outputs. Here is my explanation: the listeners should have a sound with the video and the recording (through the "feedback" option) and the recording should only have the video sound while on his Isovox with his text. 
This way, as listeners we will be able to check simultaneously if there's no mistake in what he/she will be saying since most of our recordings are 1hour-video recording. 
Does someone know how we can do that?
