2 installations of Premiere pro 19, can I uninstall 13.1.2 ?

This seems a bit strange, if anyone has version 19 of premiere installed, do you know if its possible to uninstall the  13.1.2 version? Or is that part of the current installation? 

My Adobe creative cloud app reads 13.1.5 only..
