Second part to this question, If I dont have the system recommend me an upgrade. I don't want to spend more than $1000, but I will if I need to. I found this one and I think it looks good, but I realy need advice! I am a traveler so I am stuck with SMALL computers or laptops preferably.

A single partitioned drive!!!! Not a good idea and most likely the cause of your issue.

Like Bob mentions, your system is not an ideal video editing rig. The GPU will most likely not be used, the CPU is, by today's terms, not very powerful and I am guessing you only have one disk (seeing that it is a laptop).

Without knowing what type of video you are working with it is hard to gauge what you should expect.

Video editing setups typically have dedicated disk arrays, SSD's or other multi disk setups. Laptops can be used but a true video editing laptop is expensive. HD Video requires a lot of horsepower, 4K even more.

If you are able to edit with your setup then it may just be a matter of paying the price during rendering.

With your system specs, that may be normal.

small update, tryed it under Youtube 1080 and it SAID it took 45 min.

In reality I think both where done in about 15min but still!
