30 years in the game - Want to give Ai a shot.

It's time I make the move and at least see what an Ai assistant editor can do for me. Which should I use? Note that I'm producing an hour-long doc with a couple dozen of interviews - totalling maybe 30 hours. I would be fine if the app simply scripted it out for me using my prompts and suggestions - and I pushed the buttons myself. But of course I would also be open to something that made the rough cut for me. I need to add original VO in as well.

So thoughts? What's the best? What should I avoid? Thanks in advance.
