32 TO 64 BIT some files not working in latest update of Premiere

We are working on a large multi-year project in Premiere. The latest update is not accepting 32-bit files is there a workaround or a batch conversion process, or a company that can make our project work in the new version of Premiere? We have several thousand 32 bit files in the project.
