360 crashing/freezing

I really need help on this. Certain 360 clips that I import keep freezing/crashing about 5 seconds in. It seems to be the more complicated clips that it happens to. I have cleared all of the media cache, tried the 3 different render settings, updated my GPU. I am using a GTX1070, intel core i7 and 16g ram. Any help will be greatly appreciated

    Hi Alan,

Try rendering previews to a mezzanine codec, then export using previews for the same codec. See if that works for you.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

Hey Kevin, it seems that the fps was off!! That's why it kept crashing. I ran the clip through Hand Brake to correct it, seems to off done the trick. Thanks for reply

    AlanM,

Sorry about your trouble. Have you tried using proxies? That may help your workflow.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

Hey Kevin, thanks for the reply. I have not tried proxies, I am new to editing so I'll have to do my homework on this.

    Thanks

    Alan.
