360 degree video pixelate watching in VR headset

after editing in Premier Pro  a 360 degree video, we export into mp4 for VR headset, 

when i watched a video in VR headset and 360 degree player it get pixelate so what is a solution for that.

same video i watched in any mp4 player it is not pixelated
