360 Footage to Panorama jpg?

I'm using Adobe Premiere, but have access to the adobe suite. 

I imported 360 footage already stitched from Insta360 studio. I would like to export a 360 image from the footage. 

Its for an educational tour. 

Can this be done?

Yes, I have some 360 footage that I would like to get a panorama jpg. The program I'm using won't accept the 360 footage even if I export out into MP4.

if i understand you right, you need a still frame from a 360° video as a (equirectangular) panorama photo. in this case, just open the 360° in quicktime or premiere and export the desired frame as JPEG.
