360 video, choppy export

Hi everyone,

I am editing 360 videos made with an Insta360 Pro 2 camera. Videos are stereo 3D, 6K.

I made the stitching in Insta360 Stitcher (because the Premiere plugin does not work well).

When I try to export the video in Premiere, the export is choppy.

Settings are these:

- H264

- bitrate: 130

- Match source settings

My PC is an HP Omen 17, designed for VR games and editing.

Which is the problem in your opinion?
