Hey Nilanjan,

Sorry for the poor experience. Do you only see this issue when the preview is set to quarter resolution? Please let us know which version of After Effects and Premiere Pro you're currently using. I recommend trying the most recent version of the apps and checking if that helps. If you still see the issue, click the wrench icon in the Premiere Pro Program Monitor and enable High Quality Playback. Let us know how it goes.

It's solved. I actually was using Pr 23.1 and Ae 23.0. That's why the issue was occurring. Not both are of the same version, no issues.
