4K Clips and Rendered Video Quality off somehow

Hello everyone, my apologies if this has been discussed a hundred times and I'm missing it, but I need some direction please. I have Premier Pro 2024. My 4K video clips, when I'm laying it in the timeline before rendering, has changed. It obviously had a "Live" look to it when I imported the clips, meaning like a talk show. But now it's smaller than usual when I lay it in the timeline, and looks like movie footage. When I go to render, it still stays the same movie footage look, sometimes even granier.  Where am I going wrong? I know I've screwed something up in terms of settings, so any help would be most appreciated. Thanks! - Ski
