60fps to 24fps

Hi all,

I started shooting 60fps video and using the method of interpreting footage to 24fps to give it a slow, smooth look. For the first few clips it worked really well but then i started doing it to other clips and it looks too slow and choppy. What am I doing wrong or differently? 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
