Question

A dynamically linked After Effects composition with transparency loses its transparency and appears opaque in Adobe Premiere 13.0.1

I do not experience this issue in 12.1.2.

However I already started a new project in 13.0.1 and I can not copy paste the Sequence into 12.1.2 as a workaround.

Any suggestions how to solve the problem?

Sorry that you are having this trouble. Can you give me either exact steps to know exactly what you are doing or make a video screen capture or share the project with me?

Thank you for your help.

Wy workflow looks like this:

I have an AE Project wich I edit, add text etc. This Project has some transparent space too.

Then I open my Pr Project and import the AE Dynamic Link and put it on top of my timeline. I haven then my timeline footage visible behind/under my AE Dynamic Link.

It worked before. I work like this for about 3 years now and I only experience my problem with the CC 2019 13.0.1 - the issue is, that when in Pr and I have my AE Dynamic Link on my timeline, it has no transparent space and I can not see my footage "through" the AE Dynamic Link. I also attached two screenshots. The first is how it should and does look like in PrPro CC 2018 and the second one is how it looks in PrPro CC 2019.
