A little problem with timeline and keyframes

So I want to do a little velocity ramping but when I press CTRL and click on the part of the clip it puts down a opacity keyframe. I want to change it to the time remapping. Sorry if I'm being unclear, I'm very new to editing. And yes I know I can do it through Effect Controls.

Right click on the gray FX icon on the clip in the timeline and choose Time Remapping>Speed
