A low level exception occured in Importer MPEG low memory

Hello everybody! I have this problem since the last versions 2022 and even worse in version 2023.

It only works if i disable intel and nvidia decoding.

I have an asus m16 2022 with rtx 3070 ti, intel i9 12900, 32gb ram, a good system but I get frequent crashes like low memory and when I load the previews of the video files the mpg error.

I cleaned the cache, I reinstalled windows 11, I have the latest drivers, I tried nvidia and game driver and studio driver, in vain. I'm worried because I have a good system and I can't use it at full capacity!
