I get this message and resetting preferences only works temporarily. I a binned page layout preferneces (sugsested by one user) and still no change. 

I've reinstalled Premiere and no fix either. Nothing in the community posts have mentioned a real fix or an update. Never had this problem before. It's only started happening now after I opend an older project. (2 yrs old)

Has this problem been fixed?
