A low level exception occurred in adobe player (player 79)

I was adding text to my timeline in premier pro and this error comes up. I have deleted the txt in time line a few times and tried again and still same message. I am unsure what it means. I also cant drag the text to make it the entire size of the video im making. Does anyone have any ideas what has happened and what I can do to fix it? thanks in advance.
