A low-level exception occurred in Adobe Player Player:83 problem

Question

Hi have updated new premiere pro.I have a lots of graphic elements in project what i use like copy / paste all my projects.Now after the update all the graphics need to render every time when i am using.It says A low-level exception occurred in Adobe Player Player:83 It works if i change the project to Mercury playback engine software only , but i need render after that and it takes like 10-15min per 2min video, and also the project is very very slow.I am using top model 16" i9 macbook pro

And here it is how the project look.. if i render in and out, and i move some element i need every time render ALL and this takes a long time
