Keep seeing this error, any ideas how to fix it ?

Has Adobe sorted out this problem. I am having exactly the same issue. Every other thing I do in the timeline triggers this message. Nothing things to happen appart from the continue message, and the fear of the programme crashing every time.

Any solutions Adobe?
