No matter how many uprades I have got, no matter cleaning preferences, caches, whetever, I keep getting this upon opening a project, any project:

A low-level exception occurred in: (Exporter)

I can't get rid of it, I can't find anything specific on it, all advice in the forum says "update" which does nothing, so what is it?
