A low-level exception occurred in: Importer MPEG... "Disable hardware-accelerated encoding" is given as the solution...For god's sake, this is not a solution!

When I disable hardware-accelerated encoding CUDA actually usually no low-lewel errors appear. But what's the point if Premiere then runs/work 10 times slower?

Hi Adam,

Thanks for the message. This looks very frustrating. Since you indicated you have an NVIDIA GPU, can you try installing the latest studio driver? Do not use the game ready driver. Thanks. Does your system function OK after doing so?

If not, can we get full system details about your CPU, GPU, and RAM? Please also give us details about your media: frame size, frame rate, codec (ProRes, H.264, HEVC, etc.), and wrapper (.mov, .mp4, .mxf). We need more info in order to reproduce your error and file it with the team. Sorry for the hassle. Hope we can help.

Thanks,
Kevin

Windows 10 Pro 21H2

GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB (Studio driver, always the latest),

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900F CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz

32 GB RAM 3600 MHz DDR4

All my hard drives are NVMe SSDs, cache files and video files are on a separate drive than the system - a really fast Samsung 980 Pro. I usually edit at 25fps, H.264, 1080p. This project is just like that, although some files from the gopro or drone are 4K and .mov But the same errors can pop up and with a simple project, where there are, for example, a few FullHD video files and a couple of photos jpg or png. However, in the current one, where there are a lot of these files sometimes it is impossible to do anything and the error pops up immediately after turning on the program. The only thing left is CtrI+Alt+Delete and killing the process. The program does not respond, does not close otherwise. And so sometimes dozens of times, despite restarts, shutting down browsers and various processes. Then there are a few hours of peace and errors again. And so on and so forth. Sorry for grammatical errors, but I do not write in my native language.
