A Low Level Exception occurred in: ImporterMPEG (Importer:25)

Question

I have the latest version of Premiere Pro (15.1). When I open up my project file, a few moments after editing I recieve this error message and then nothing will play. The Preview freezes and then eventually the program freezes and I have to close it down.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix?

We can't start to help without some very basic information.

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and source properties and sequence settings. Was Premiere working properly before you upgraded? Or is this a new installation?

And Marlon, since I'm guessing you don't have the same specs, might be smarter to start a new thread...
