a low level exception occurred in MPEG importe 8

i don't know what to do anymore

right now i am running the latest trial version

the program is open smooth and every thing is great.

So far so good.

i save the project and when i want to reopen it, it send me an error  - "a low level exception occurred in MPEG importe 8" and the PP freezing

its only happan to projects with this tranisions preset

already tried to:

1. change codec preview

2. delete cache media files

3. log in again to the cloud

nothing's help the problem

please HELP MEE
