I'm literally so confused and nothing is working, I've resetted preferences, media cache, reinstalled Premiere Pro, reinstalled Plug-ins. I've worked days on this project and nothing is literally working... Also says the following but it's not missing:

"\\?\C:\Users\myUsername\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\14.0\PROJECTNAME.prproj

Video Transition missing: AE.S_HyperPush

Video Transition missing: AE.S_HyperPull

Video Transition missing: AE.S_WhipLash

Video Filter missing: AE.S_Shake

Video Filter missing: AE.S_Vignette

Video Filter missing: AE.S_GlintRainbow

Video Filter missing: AE.S_Glow

Video Filter missing: AE.S_DropShadow"

Windows 10
Premiere Pro 2020

Thanks.

I've had problems with BFX plugins before and often. Yes I notified Boris
FX too, haven't got an answer yet

OKAY, i found a solution, just hold ALT key while opening premiere pro and just just select all except for disable 3rd party and it worked for me

Hi Tion25269940g4gg,

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you able to use the plugins in a new project? It seems like an issue with the third-party plugins (most likely Sapphire Plug-ins from Boris FX). If you are using these effects/plugins, try doing a clean installation of a compatible version of the plugin to check if it's working properly.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Any resolution to this issue? Happens randomly to me also, with BCC10 filters. It will work fine in the morning - close project for lunch - come back in the afternoon, low level exceptions on every single Boris filter. Thanks.

Hey Bob,

Thanks for weighing in on the issue. It sounds like you are having trouble with your third-party plug-ins throwing a low-level exception error. Is that right? If so, I would look at where the plug-ins are installed. Is the location of the plug-ins somewhere different than your main drive? How do you get them working again in the past? Have you filed a case with Maxon yet? If so, did they provide any feedback for you? If not, can you also contact them. Any other details you can give us might be helpful. I hope we in the community can help you solve the problem. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Take Care,
Kevin
