    Hi

I'm facing the exact same issue whenever I try to insert a new text box from the timeline or if I try to edit the pre-existing text box. No idea what it's about. I use Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019.

    Hi!

    I'm also having this problem.

Premiere was working fine and fortunately i exported my project before this started happening, but it was fine until i closed premiere last time and now i'm getting "A low level exception occurred in Texto (AEVideoFilter:4)" and i cannot create or see any of my texts or graphics in premiere.

Its important to know that i did absolutely nothing with my Pc, premiere or inside my project from the last time i closed it to now.

There is no adjustment layer on top of the texts.

The texts are all above some video footage.

My premiere version is up to date as for 08-2018.

I'm on Windows 10, using GPU nvidia 1060 OC 3gb. I'll update my graphics card now And post the result later.

    Hi Philippr,

is your text layer above or below the adjustment layer?

    Hello,

we need more information to be able to help you: what version number of Premiere, what OS, what are your sequence parameters.

If you can also provide a screenshot, that would help greatly,

    Cheers,

    Seb

    Hey Seb,

OS Version : 10.13.5 High Sierra

    Adobe Premiere Pro CC 12.1.1

I have an adjustment layer with the lumetri effect laying over my clips!

Somehow it is just affecting the exposure when the adjustment layer is visible.

so when there is no text layer it looks fine, as soon as the text layer appears the exposure changes and

after the text layer is finished it is fine again

This error just happens randomly... no Idea why
