Hi everyone

I was wondering if someone could help to fix this problem. I dont know why but everytime I try to change the speed of a video by using time remaping, or just a simple change in the speed, this message ,"A low level exception ocurred', shows up in red and the program freeze and I have to force quit and reeopen again. Any idea how to fix it?

Thank you very much.

I am having the exact same issue. Also none of the forums that MyerPj linked to adressed the question.

I saw a YouTuber say to try resetting the Premiere Preferences by holding Option while reopening Premiere; however, the issue is still happening. Were you able to find an answer?
