A low Level Exception Premiere Pro 24.0

Hello today i update my premiere pro to the new version 24.0, after i update my premiere pro, i got this notification while i open the premiere pro.

This case happened when I updated to a version greater than 23.0, 23.1-24.0 experienced the same thing.

Please help me solve this problem, I have searched forums with similar problems, but to no avail. I'm so annoyed that I have to go back to version 23.0 because I'm bothered by this notification in the latest version!

i have the same issue now since the latest update to 24.0 on every damn prject. it also doesnt change when i downgrade to 23.6 or less. i cant do any work and my whole wedding project is broken because of that. im trying to fix it for 4 days now and when i make a forum post i get answers from adobe workers to delete my cache... THIS ISNT THE PROBLEM GUYS HELLO? im really really mad and annoyed. i was working on ym wedding project, everything was working fine, i did the update and as soon as i started the same project 10 minutes later on 24.0 liertally everything is broken. my whole computer is lagging and crashing when i start 24.0 and that has NEVER EVER happend before so its not my F**** media cache, YES there is enough space on every SSD. YES everything is updated on my computer to its latest version! FIX IT ADOBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
