A low levle exception occurred in Adobe player

Hello,

from few days I am getting A low-level exception that occurred in Adobe player error while playing a premier timeline and the entire timeline freezes. Don't know what kind of error is this. I researched some solutions on Youtube and Google and found only one solution which was to reset premier. But that also won't work.

However, I found a temporary solution by switching Video renderings and playback settings from CUDA to Software only while editing so I can able to play the timeline.

Anybody knows what is this issue and how can I fix this permanently?
