A premier pro project file suddenly vanished from everywhere.

Question

I was working on a project from a long time.So, I last opened that project 3 days ago after using it.

Now, when I just opened the premier pro nothing is there in the recent and when I searched for the project file, only the export video is there and other is missing.

I found the older project files but the current one is missing from everywhere.

Can someone suggest like how I can recover that file. Its like very important.

Hi @tatsam_7452,Thanks for the question and welcome to the forum. Try searching your hard drive for any .prproj files. Then, sort the files by date order. I hope you can find the file. You should also check the Auto Save folder. In the future, look into creating one or two "safety" backups per day to a place on the internet, like DropBox. A lot of pros make that a habit.
