A question regarding caption position

Hello everyone.

I'm encountering a problem where I am unable to lower the captions to the bottom of the screen. The lowest it seems to want to go is...well nowhere near low enough (picture attached)

I need to get the captions positioned where the black bar at the bottom is.

    Whether it is a bug or not, that is as low as you can get it using the caption controls.

    The main work around is to select the caption stream in the timeline and apply positioning using motion controls in the effects panel.
